Using a Lemon to Clean Your Microwave

Here are a few simple steps to cleaning your microwave with a lemon:
  1. Get a lemon and cut into two halves.
  2. Squeeze the lemon halves into a micowave container with 300 ml of water.
  3. Put the lemon-water solution in the microwave and cook on full power.
  4. Use a recycled rag to wipe out the microwave after it is done.
This does work!!!!!!  The grime and crud from inside the microwave will wipe right out.

Mold Killer and Furniture Polish (Green Recipes)

Some of the most specific cleaners, especially those that do the tough jobs, are often very toxic.  I would recommend these two recipes for the following cleaners:

Mold Killer
2 teaspoons tea tree oil
2 cups water

Furniture Polish
1/2 tsp oil, such as olive (or jojoba, a liquid wax)
1/4 cup vinegar or fresh lemon juice
